I often get asked this question and my response is an emphatic yes! Investing in Real Estate is the key to building passive income & wealth. And I get it, not everyone is comfortable with having to manage a property and almost everyone has heard of tenant horror stories, but you don't hear about the 98% of good stories. Fear is driven by the unknown; I was also terrified with my first investment property, but I knew I had to do it and my only regret is past missed opportunities.

Real Estate investing is a calculated risk and a mathematical/demographical puzzle you need to solve. Working with someone who has experience will greatly reduce risk. I have crafted a very system for finding the right investments and my main rules are simple: 1. Ensure the property is in a demographical region with high household income so you attract the right tenant profile. 2. The investment property must be decent, somewhere I would live in. 3. It must cashflow.
